David Ayala

Poetry Editor

Richard Crandall

Editorial responsibilities for other books presently reside with Richard Crandall until other volunteers are selected for each book.

Submission of Articles for Publication.

Persons wishing to incorporate articles into any of the established books, should submit them in electronic format to the editor of that book.

All editors are responsible for ascertaining that no copyright is violated by incorporating any article into the Sierra Services Website. Editors shall also be responsible for including proper copyright credit, where appropriate.

Until someone volunteers to operate a scanner and an OCR program to convert printed articles to electronic text, we will be unable to incorporate them into our Website.

HTML (Hypertext Markup Language), the language of the Web, is very structured. Text produced by email or word processors can be easily converted, provided it does not contain superfluous carriage returns. Carriage returns should only be used to mark the end of each paragraph. At present we do not have a volunteer to edit superfluous carriage returns out of submitted documents.
